Property Dealers, Commercial & Residential Property Sales
   
  1. Appointment:The Seller hereby hires propertyvertical.com to act as the Sellers agent to market the Property for sale on the terms and subject to the conditions herein contained


  2. Advertising/Listing:The propertyvertical.com shall list and advertise the Property and shall bear expenses or any commission payable to any other broker under the rules of that service. The propertyvertical.com may advertise the Property in other media at its discretion


  3. Commission:The seller shall pay Commission to the propertyvertical.com if the Seller executes an agreement for the sale of the Property referred through the propertyvertical.com, (2) finds a Buyer who is ready, willing and able to purchase the Property at the above price and terms or for any other price and terms to which Seller agrees to accept; or (3) finds a Buyer who is granted an option to purchase or enters into a lease with option to purchase and the option is subsequently exercised.4) Propertyvertical.com shall be entitled to commission on any deal or future deals from the buyer/seller once they are introduced/matured with each other or any third party by propertyvertical.com


  4. Indemnity:Seller indemnifies and holds harmless the propertyvertical.com and its respective officers, employees and agents against and from all claims, damages, losses, enquiries from income tax department, liabilities in connection with any misinformation or misrepresentation of the client. Propertyvertical.com shall not be involved in any dispute arises between the buyer and seller during or after the deal. The Seller warrants that all information supplied to the propertyvertical.com in connection with the Property is accurate, and the propertyvertical.com may treat such information as accurate without further inquiry


  5. Power to sell: Where the person signing this document is the Seller, he/she hereby warrants that he/she has the unrestricted power to sell the Property and pass legal title thereto or, where the person signing is the agent or representative of the Seller, that he/she has the authority of the Seller so to sign.


  6. Governing law:The courts at Chandigarh shall have the jurisdiction to try any/all disputes arising out of this agreement.
I/WE HEREBY DECLARE, I/WE WILL PAY COMMISSION ON THE SALE OF MY PROPERTY AT TIME OF RECEIVING THE EARNEST MONEY "BIANA"
